How are teams getting their supplies and materials to
Florida?

My team was not able to ship all of its supplies (like tools)
in the robot crate. We are looking to ship a small crate
with these supplies to Florida. Has anyone done this/planning
on doing this? Can we ship to the storage company and
have them deliver it with our robot or can we ship
directly to the pit area at Epcot (desireable but
probably unlikely).

Any advice would be great!

We planned to have an extra suitcase with our tools in it.

Dan,

For the last 3 years, my team has shipped a separate pallet of tools to Freeman decorating about 1 week before the contest (don't wait too long). It has always arrived safely.

Twice, I have sent (via overnight) last minute packages to myself at the All Star hotel at Disney. This does not work well. While business hotels are used to guests recieving packages, Disney is not. These packages have never been lost but have required a lot of searching and patience to locate.

Once again, I will send our pallet on Friday 4/16 and schedule it for Monday delivery.
