Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #371

The coach was so proud of his team for getting the robot finished a week ahead of time. Then he came onto the field, saw that everyone else's robot was built to pick up tubes instead of balls and realized with fear and embarrassment that they had used the 2001 manual instead of the 2011 manual.

371 gets disqualified for controlling their human player remotely during autonomous.

A coach on the field means it is a perfect time to chase them, they get a work out and you have fun :)

Announcer: "And now the new game show you have all been waiting for, Robot Candid Camera. Here we see an unsuspecting mentor enter the arena. Now watch what happens next..."

The field didn't care WHO was playing, every team was 1000.

There's no workout motivation quite like 10 points for each chin-up.

Looks like a game hint. Next years game? Herding coaches off the field.

I'm feeling a little exposed without bumpers, but the sponsors should be happy with their display.

Leave it to Billfred to find a picture with 371 in it for contest #371.
371 is a 3-narcissistic number. It is also sometimes known as an Armstrong number - an n-digit number that is the sum of the nth powers of its digits. More information here.

I'm awaiting contest 372 to see if this is a trend. It's my street address.[/NPOE]

[obviously not an entry]

What, me do that? Total coincidence. ;)

Replacement entry:

"Ya put yer left foot in, ya put yer left foot out..."
(More likely to put yer eye out, buddy, if ya don't get off the field)

Oooh! Billfred's around on a Saturday night! Maybe he'll judge the Caption Contest on time for once...
