Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
GearGirl forgot to apply the parking brake to her GearMobile. She's using her GearStrength to hold it back, but can't do that much longer, hence the GearGrimace. (It only looks like a GearGrin.)

Q: What is the only force in nature stronger than nuclear attraction?
A: The attraction of a Gearhead to a Smart Car |
Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
Bumblebee got a new design. Wouldn't exactly call it an improvement though. Then again, he is more fuel efficient.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
News anchor: In this photo; taken mere moments before the tragic accident, we see the victim, Kara Bakowski, before she was hit by the vehicle. The car was driven by actor Verne Troyer who remarked he didn't see the girl. Witnesses say Kara had darted out into the road to pick up some zip ties.
The car was totaled in the accident, and Kara was sent to the hospital where she spent the night for observation. Remarkably she suffered no injuries. She accredits her luck to the fact that here teams flag shielded her from harm. When asked why she went into the street, she remarked "You can never have too many zip ties." On a positive note, Mr. Troyer felt so bad about what happened that he has donated $50,000 to the Gearheads Robotics Team. |

Having lost all her friends due to her FIRST addiction, Kara found another gearhead to hang out with.
<npoe> Kara has lots of friends. I'd bet good money she has more than me. </npoe> |

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
Kara may be able to leap tall buildings at a single bound, but she better watch where she lands.
|
Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
Kara has slowly gotten more and more frustrated by the lack of crosswalks around her school. She finally decided to be proactive. This way, anywhere she crosses is a designated cross walk. No worries of getting ticketed for jaywalking now.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
It didn't matter how fuel efficient (or photogenic) it was, the inspectors just would not pass team 1189's Minibot.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
Due to budget cuts and environmental concerns Bat Girl has had to sell her 5000 HP mega car and had to purchase an alternate mode of transportation. The good news is she gets great gas mileage. The bad news is she doesn't catch many bad guys.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #372
Teacher: "Can we fit the Logomotion bot into the smart car?"
Student: "Well we would have to program it to drive a car." Teacher: "Why?" Student: "If it even fits there would be no room for the driver, hence it would have to be able to drive itself down to the regional we want it to go to." Teacher: "The robot would be smarter than the smart car...let's do it!" |
