TIMS Open?

Does anyone know or seen any post from FIRST about when TIMS is supposed to open for new team registration? We were hoping it would be open today according to last year's opening date.

"Late August" per FIRST standards and precedent may very well be August 31, 11:59:59 p.m.;)
