Hard to get supplies
 

We are a somewhat rural, very remote team in the U.P. of Michigan. Naturally, we have a lot of difficulty finding certain supplies. Specifically, pool noodles. Finding pool noodles in three feet of snow is no small task :p

What I want to know from you is, what supplies do you have trouble getting and how do you get your hands on them when you need them?

We are also in a rather rural area, although I think we may closer to the cities than you.

As far as pool noodles are concerned, one of our mentors purchased a whole bunch on sale a year or two ago. I believe it was at the end of the summer season. We keep them stored so that we don't have to scramble to find them in the winter.

For other parts, much of it is ordered from south of the border, so we have to wait for it. We try to keep lots of stuff on hand, but ultimately, there are wait times.
