Stayed on topic surprisingly well! All of the last 3 casts have stayed under an hour, which has been nice. Nice and informative as usual, too.

One hundred thousand percent correct. IMHO, the focus should be on helping the teams in years 3-4 as much as rookie teams. There are definite doldrums in those formative years.
