[FTC]: [FTC]: Part Disappeared

I downloaded the kit of parts a week or two ago, and all was fine. Then yesterday, I received an email from a mentor on our team telling me that one of the parts was no longer in his Kit of Parts that he just downloaded. This part was the 416mm channel.

Can someone tell me if this is still a valid part to use, or what exactly happened to this part?

Thanks!

Out students noticed the missing 416mm c-channel as well, but gave up on CREO and switched to Inventor.

I can give you an STP file, but I'm not sure how CREO will react to it since the import and export functions from my experience are pretty annoying. PM me your email and I can make an STP file for you tonight and email it to you.

That goes for anyone who needs parts, I always love to help people out! :D

P.S. other teams have posted CAD libraries here:

I would recommend trying Inventor if you haven't tried it yet, Its always good to try multiple programs and pick your favorite.

Happy CADding

Inventor is allowed? Where is this stated? I thought it was called the PTC design award for a reason:)
