Back on track here. In 2011, the second game hint was in the decryption test. This year, the only thing in the decryption test was a link to the first game hint, so what? Big deal, right? Wrong. They said the first game hint. Implying what? There's more to come.

This thread has been alive for 13 almost 14 days, and still no new game hint. With a long wait like this, you know FIRST is up to something. They're releasing this hint late for a reason. Something tells me it's a pretty big hint, and they want us to have as little time to figure it out as possible. It most likely has something to do with HOW the game is played, and not the game name.

So now we do the math: How long will it take the entire CD community to figure out a huge clue, and then build ideas off of it? Throw in a half a day to a full day just to ensure they can't use the time too wisely, and we should have our date by subtracting those days from kickoff.

Imma say tomorrow will have about a 60% to 65% chance of game hint, and Thursday going up to 80% to 85%. Those are random numbers based off of no math.

I'm pretty there was a discussion about the use of #1, #2, etc. last year. They may have even said "The 2011 Game Hint" (singular).

Perhaps the lack of a hint is, in fact, a hint? What has everyone been expecting? A hint, and for there to be minibots this year. Perhaps the lack of a hint means no minibots?

That was discussed a while ago on this thread. While it is still an option, we deemed it unlikely.
