College-supported FRC teams

Let's make a list in this thread of colleges that support/mentor FRC teams and events.

461, 1646, 1747 are supported by Purdue University. Website.
Purdue also hosts a kickoff and the Boilermaker Regional. Website.

Team 125 actually meets at Northeastern University, we also hold a kickoff event and a fantastic off-season called the Beantown Blitz. www.nutrons.com

Taylor, you missed the newest edition to to the PFP (purdue FIRST programs) family- 4272 Out of McCutcheon high school. Being a former 1747 member, I know that thats a BIG deal, for various reasons. (Note- I can only assume it is PFP sponsored, maybe someone with more info could chime in)

2783 used to and may still be sponsored by the JB speed school of Engineering (part of U of Louisville). They also have mentors who happen to be students or in one case, a professor.

1018 PIKE among others used to and may still have Ivy Tech support...

I remember at one point seeing teams that had ITT tech support but no numbers or names come to mind...

2363 has been supported by ECPI in previous years, still waiting on confirmation this year.

Drexel University sponsors a team in Philly and 3929 is the closest to campus. We support teams via partnership with the Drexel Robotics Club.

Teams 20, 1493 and 1665 receive support from RPI (250 has in the past but I don't know if they still do, and other teams have mentors from RPI but are not oficially affiliated)

Team 1350 is based at Brown University

As of 2012 in FRC Clarkson University supports teams 229 and 4124

2158/2881 get support from the Univeristy of Texas. Thier IEEE/RAS students have mentored us and they volunteer at our events.

Ranken Technical College in St. Louis is one of the founding sponsors of 931. :D
