Re: pic: EWCP Family Photo
Why is there a bird in Dustin's hair?
I think this should be the official new logo, it's much better then that other one. |
Re: pic: EWCP Family Photo
saw this on the sidepanel of pictures and thought this looked strikingly similar to foam fingers

Then after cross posting this to like 12 different places on FB I realized it was a bird... I just chalked it up to Katie being Katie. :P |

Also, Katie, I think that if there's a future iteration of this, rsisk and Andrew need canes and walkers...and a lawn. |

Edit: http://d.pr/Y7y4 I am providing the data that I have access to from the FB page as far as demographics. This is the ONLY source of demographics I have access to for our podcast. I also have read somewhere (can't recall the source) that the male/female split for FIRST was 73%/27%. Yes there is a difference between the two. I believe part of that could be our advertising methods (predominantly CD which seems quite male dominated). If you, or anyone on CD, has any suggestions for how we could make content available to the community we would be happy to hear the suggestions. |

The EWCP itself has plenty of female students and female mentors on their teams. 3929 has two female engineering mentors. |
Re: pic: EWCP Family Photo
Thanks for the input, guys.
Andrew, let me think a little bit about some suggestions. One thing that comes to mind would be a Championship conference presentation about the group, the purpose, and who is involved. You could also provide an opportunity for letting people know how to get involved. I've followed the formation of the group, somewhat, and the program is gathering momentum and gaining attention. To be able to address questions or concerns like the ones I might have - in the manner that you have - is a very good thing. It's also something to think about/keep in mind. Thanks for your answers. I appreciate them. Jane |
Re: pic: EWCP Family Photo
EWCP do you take requests for projects or collaborations? If so who would I talk to?
