From hosting it last year I noticed that primarily it was the KOP checklist that got downloaded.

Like Dave Lavery said, hosting it is technically a violation of copyright but I am not sure FIRST will complain about helping other teams acquire all the information needed to compete, I took it down as soon as their site was back and stable last year. I view it as a bit up for debate if anyone can access it publicly and see it a bit as a GP thing helping other teams.

That being said I am going to err on the side of caution and possibly contact FIRST because the KOP manual was a huge issue last year.
