Other on team #?, Actually, I'm a FIRST-aholic, from an undecided team for the year 2000 and I'm taking invitations :-).

Yes, we're already thinking about the nationals in 2000..

OK, here's the deal.. Kate and I were talking about the Web Hug this year and how we could make it better next year- to be sure everyone could come and get a good chance to talk to each other and meet, and here's what we thought..

We hold something kinda of like the wrap party of FIRST- something after hours of competition where we could all get the chance to really meet (maybe not all 300+ users would come.. but maybe at least a 3rd, or 1/2 of us??) and get the chance to really hang out and talk to each other. Even bring a friend who's a FIRST-aholic too.. Maybe FIRST would let us stay on one field area after competition for an hour Thurs. or Friday to have our 'Web Party'...

So what does everyone think? Good, bad, you have better ideas??? Clue us in, and let us know what you're thinking...

i'd be there... i missed this year's web hug cause i was out of the loop and didn't figure out when/where it happened... but this seems like it'd be harder to miss.

With advance planning anything is possible.

The web hug last year gave a new feeling (no pun intended) to the forum. It is my hope to continue to develop this communication device to the betterment of FIRST.

We ( the entire FIRST community )are making a difference and changing the path of education and positivley influencing the lives of young people.

I hope that this year, more teams join us on this forum. The more ideas the better.

I am sure that I can arrange a place for us to meet again, take pictures and 'enjoy the moment'.
