additional materials

Hi, we were wondering if a bike tire tred would qualify for the sheet rubber on the additional materials list? We wouldn't be using the entire tire but just the tred part.

Sorry, I don't recall seeing a bike tire on the additional hardware list and I don't think that a bike tire was what we intended the meaning of sheet rubber to mean. That was suppose to be like latex sheet or rubberized sheet material. No treaded rubber or reuse products - all the materials must be produced from whatever was listed.
