Classmate DOA? Error PXE-E61

So, we are happily inventorying the kit today when we find that our classmate appears to be DOA; at boot up it errors with a "PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable" fault. Obviously, I plan to report this as soon as the kit part request is open, just checking to see if I might be missing something... Thanks in advance!

Curiously, the Classmate is happily loading the image - once I figured out that the USB drive wasn't in the boot priority... Duh!
