LabVIEW Serial Number Invalid

1 Attachment(s)
After installing LabVIEW, we attempted to activate the product.

On the first screen, we clicked Automatically activate through a Secure Internet Connection. On the second, we entered L13R02200 as the serial number, like the installation instructions told us to. Then, we continued without registering as a National Instrument. On the next page, we entered the appropriate information.

However, soon after the Activation Wizard tried to contact National Instruments, it stops and claims that the serial numbers are invalid or do not match the product.

Also, we all tried activating it through a browser and all the other methods and it still didn't work.

The attached image contains the error message that we received.

Has anyone else had this problem/have a solution?

As part of the KOP we recevied a USB stick with Labview 2011.
There was serial number on the envelope that was used to activate our installation.

It is generally considered bad form to post your serial number for licensed software on a public forum. Ditto for your screenshot.
