Both, actually. Britt McKillip did an absolutely fantastic job playing both, and it really showed, especially in "This Day Aria".

And yes, Queen Changeling had a really cool design (friggin' creeped me out first time).\

This thread has officially made me the happiest person on CD! The finale was utterly amazing!! There were still changelings in the audience at the wedding... There appeared to be eight Colgates and two Twilight Sparkles.
