Well, coming back to this thread makes me feel like I missed a lot! I'm happy to say that I'm back and team issues look to be smoothing out! Thank you guys so much for your support!

Side note: If anyone wants to code their robot in FiM++ next year, we're looking for a way to add WPILib functionality to it. Good idea or no?

No FiM++ isn't really for something serious. It's more of a proof of concept kind of thing.

In other news, I found out about conky. Oh the fun I will have with this program.

I had 5 or 6 people comment or ask about the pony button Keyreaper gave me; Oklahoma, only a few.

Reporting in. Also going to St.Louis. Don't know about more buttons but we'll see. I may purchase them off our team. They are not cheap by any means.

Oh man, looks like we're all in Galileo together! Gonna be some intense competition.

Hello, long time reader, first time posting. I'm staying at the Drury Plaza myself (its right by the arch) and wouldn't mind meeting up with some fellow First Bronies. Anypony wanna make lunch plans or something?

Sounds like a good plan! I'm staying at the Hilton, and it's not a long trip! Are there any restaurants nearby?

There's a steakhouse place or something right by my hotel, haven't checked it out yet, there's also a McDonald's about four blocks down from the arena, any places you know of? Maybe a bit before 12 we should find a place to meet and decide where to go from there?
Hopefully other people see this thread by soon and we could start a little meetup.
Note to self, make pony posters to attract bronies to a single area next year.

OK, next year we need to plan something in advance. That would be fun!

Speaking of future events, anyone going to IRI? Team 234 (who I believe hosts it more or less) has a couple bronies that I met last year, and met back up with during the Einstein Finals. They're pretty cool guys and the rest of the team is pretty nice too.

Sometimes It's tough being a senior and having to say good-bye. :(

You could always become a "junior mentor."

We had a few guys who graduated as seniors that came back as such, and it was great having them around. I think just then being there knowin we weren't at a total loss human-resource wise and allowed us do a lot better than last year, when we had no upperclassmen with experience whatsoever.

So I searched "Animations," looking for those in need of help with 3DS Max, but it lead me to this. Everything leads me to ponies, it seems.

Anyway, hi!

Oh, I've already thought about that but since I'm going to a college that's about an hour plus away from our town it would be a little difficult to attend meetings in-person. Hopefully I'll be able to rustle up some funds to be able to go to champs again someday because it's super fun.
