Re: Talon SRX Motor Controller Problem

We used CTR's CAN Connector Pack (http://www.ctr-electronics.com/adaptors/can-connector-5-pack.html) to connect our SRXs this year. They worked great, just put some electrical tape over the exposed...

Re: Talon SRX Motor Controller Problem

To use PWM, you need to flash the SRX using a different firmware. See section 1.3.4.2. PWM – Updating firmware for PWM use in the SRX's User Manual.

Re: GPD Win for demo robot driver station

The GPD Win certainly seems like an interesting option if you want to stick with windows, but I'm not sure it's as hard as you're making it out to be. The absolutely wonderful QDrvierStation...

Re: Cad for 8'' pneumatic tires

AndyMark has CAD files on their website. Make sure to click on the "Downloads" tab on the product page. It's a STP file which you can import into just about any CAD program. Here's the direct link:...

Re: [FRC Blog] FIRST Choice 2017

One can only hope. I'm personally hoping for some new legal electronics (like MXP expansions) that I can gawk over and then realize we don't have enough in the budget to buy them.

Re: 2017 FLL is a Water Game

I don't think you need to do it for FRC. All of the FRC season, from kickoff to Einstein is all within one calendar year. Calling it 2016 FIRST Stronghold is fine, but I think that the other FIRST...

Oh my goodness! This app looks AMAZING! I've been looking for an alternative for FRC Spyder, and been holding my breath for the official Blue Alliance app, but this is what I want! Patiently waiting...

Re: 2017 FLL is a Water Game

I really find it odd that despite FLL and FRC seasons overlap (and FTC and FLL Jr.), they use different naming schemes. Why not call everything by the year it competed at FIRST Championship? Or...

Re: Calliope, anybody?

I'll admit I had to look up what a Calliope is, but certainly seems like an interesting idea. Looks like you'd have to actually, you know, generate steam somehow. This seems like it would be a messy...
