I know vex's product release stream had 3000+ viewers and just as many or more probably went to vex's site. Vex had no problem handling the traffic without any slowdowns even while continually...

That's interesting, I've seen people cut HTD pulley profiles on a CNC but GT2 pulleys have curves that would be difficult to cut without a 4th (or even 5th axis). It would be interesting to know how...
