This has been confirmed at least since the last update. (I don't expect it to change either).
It is two champs with all programs at each.

FYI,
This was the same range as it was in 2014 except it is 2" higher off the ground.

Such that if a two robots come in contact during a robot cross as long as the contact doesn't affect the cross and is unintentional there...
