The 5GHz wifi shouldn't affect the competition because the D-Link AP's use 2.4 during competition. The 2.4G wifi ap's in your gymnasium may possibly interfere with the FMS during competition.

Confirm your PDP is outputting a proper 6.8-18V output through the CONTROLLER PWR port with a MultiMeter if...

In order for the RoboRIO to work you do not need to have it wired via CAN. The PDP can function fine without any can interfacing.

Also make SURE the 10 amp and 20 amp fuses are in their respective...
