Re: 2016 Rah Cha Cha Ruckus
So, I'm really not the right person to respond to this, but I guess an outside response is better than no response. IIRC the Ruckus Committee has given the raw footage from 2015 and 2016 to the 1511...

Re: 2017 New York Regionals
There have been a few seasons that 73 has taken a year off to rebuild the team. I have no insight into what the issues are this year, but hopefully it's not the last time we've seen them.

Re: How do you grow your off-season competition?
In the past 12 years, Ruckus has seen it's fair share of growth. The offseason started with 11 teams in a high school gymnasium in 2005, steadily increased and plateaued to just around tournament...

Re: 2017 New York Regionals
I'm curious to see where many of the western NY and capital region teams end up registering between FLR and TVR. I can see most teams attending their "home" regional but there will definitely be some...

Re: 2016 Rah Cha Cha Ruckus
If anyone misses things like mentor matches and pie in the eye, make sure you fill out the surveys given out at the end of the event! The only reason why these were removed was due to feedback saying...

Wow. What a fantastic, comprehensive system. Can you go into a little bit of detail on how many people were collecting data during a match and how you split up what different people are looking...

Re: MidKnight Mayhem IV - June 25, 2016
I've been meaning to find time to come down to this event for quite a few years now. Excited to be heading down with 1511 to play with all the great MAR teams again. See you all next week!

Re: Greatest Robot Bumpers?
Can't compare at all with some of the slick bumpers in this thread. But it definitely makes me miss our red camo bumpers. Many a imagery awards were won thanks to those bumpers!...

Re: Post Your Workshop pic/s
1511 has had many different setups in our 12 years of FIRST. We've become increasingly good at morphing into the various rooms at our school that fit our needs throughout the year (still no place we...

Re: [YMTC]: [YMTC]: Bumper-to-Bumper Tipping
That is a fantastic point that a lot of people who aren't down on the field don't really understand. In fact, this video was the first time that I saw the incident happen. My vision, at the scoring...

[YMTC]: [YMTC]: Bumper-to-Bumper Tipping
Well we had some controversy </Fallon> at the Finger Lakes Regional this past week. To keep discussion of "did the refs make the right call" to a minimum, I will not share what the official ruling on...

This year's emcee is new to FLR but fresh from Tech Valley this past weekend and also trained by Eric himself! But yes, he will be missed. #babies

Looks very well packaged. Can you talk about how your scaler works a bit? Besides it looking like a winch powered system, I got nuthin'.
Best of luck this year!
