I don't know how much this applies, (when you say more control over acceleration this just jumped to my mind) but we created an acceleration rate limiter ("ramping" function) to ramp acceleration...

When you launch the new updated Labview you will first be greeted with a Labview Splash Screen, on the side you should see a "Utilities" Tab. Click that, and your imaging tool should be located there.

We use a system called TimeClock MTS (http://www.timeclockmts.com/) in conjunction with a monitor and numpad screwed to the wall right as you walk into the shop.

Honestly.... Yes, Probably. The reason there is a lot of code in TeleOP is mainly due to rushed coding and bad habits. Like I said, we aren't the most legit.. haha its something we strive to improve...
