When you launch the new updated Labview you will first be greeted with a Labview Splash Screen, on the side you should see a "Utilities" Tab. Click that, and your imaging tool should be located there.

Honestly.... Yes, Probably. The reason there is a lot of code in TeleOP is mainly due to rushed coding and bad habits. Like I said, we aren't the most legit.. haha its something we strive to improve...
