I think team logos would actually be a good TBA feature for purposes like these. I opened a request (https://github.com/the-blue-alliance/the-blue-alliance/issues/1710)so we'll see where that goes.

I think calling it by the school year (i.e. 2016-2017) would be more straightforward but from a titling perspective, saying:
"Welcome to the 2016 game, FIRST Stronghold" or "Welcome to the 2016 FLL...
