I'd risk a foul almost always if I though we wouldn't damage the robot, but never a red card, and probably not a yellow card.

I see it more of a question of limiting reactants. If your limiting reactant is resources than stop build day is disadvantageous, because you aren't working on the second robot. So it helps...

The scouring potential of a good low bar bot significantly exceeds that of the non low bar bot causing the high ratio of low bar to other. That's why he believes the poll.

specifying a robot-> an arm at 0, 45, and 90 degrees with closed or open fist
Shot clear-> hands make a circle above head
Shot blocked-> hands make X above...
