"check if the index is getting so high that you can’t align and see an entire frame." I think this is that it takes too long to parse all the data so...

So, i might be wrong, but I think that when it goes over 50, it is doing the same thing? That can't be right, but I will ask someone else about it. The two bytes at the begging I think are to align...

You will need to use the second option. You need to put all of the networktables code in teleopperiodic or you will only get one value at the beginning of the code.
