well...our school doesn't give us any breaks...so we have to plan our classes for the spring semester to deal with it...

we do, however, get competitions as field trip/excused absences

Our team (1002) has actually been looking into the hemispherical wheels thing since we figured it out over the summer, but we haven't figured out how to get the wheels to have enough friction to move...

maybe some sort of hexagonal tube (baton + hex)? im not sure how useful that wierd numbers theory is though...pvc tubes would make more sense as game objects...wouldnt they have infinite sides...

from all the hints I have seen so far that I beleive, I think that there will be some sort of object to hit that scatters (fox in the henhouse) baton-like objects (baton hint) and we have to pick...

part of the reason we would like to use the current 24v motors is because they already have attached gearboxes and wheels. (they came off of one of GT's old Bomb-bots)....
