Capacitors are usually used in dc motors to try and smooth out electrical "noise" created by the motors. This noise, if not smoothed out by the capacitors, could cause some of the other electronics...

You could always just use one sprocket on the output shaft of the transmission and then send that directly to one of your wheels. On this wheel you would place another sprocket on the opposite side...

I think it will not. From the stats I've seen about the Xbox 360, its graphics are still outclassed by PC components. My almost 2 year old Radeon 9800 pro 128 mb(overclocked) can still put out 75%...
