Re: Hockey Game Confirmed?

If it is a hockey game I dont see them using pucks but hockey balls maybe, their diameter is just shy of 3 inches and if they give us say 20 of them it is right around that 6lb mark

Re: Students, Time put into start of build - end of season?

I had the most student hours with 130, we had less than 150 hours of access time this year. Why does everyone seem to have double to triple that?

Re: Made in America

FIRST is no longer US FIRST, the last time they used the US FIRST moniker(wording) was the 1996 season. They haven't to my knowledge used US FIRST anywhere but the website since then

Our team has been having issues the last few days with breaking the belt pulleys on our wheels. Does anyone know of a metal alternative we can use that is less likely to break?

We bring our robot to a lot of events around the town like homecoming, parades, the mall. It also helps when you have a principal that wears the robotics team tshirt at peprally and does an alley...

Re: Help with Compressor!!!

We were having issues earlier in the year with this too, we were able to fix it by putting the compressor on relay #8 and the pressure switch on DIO 10. I think that may be the default one that...

Re: Help with Compressor!!!

I just took a look at the Javadoc for the compressor and I only see 2 constructors, one with 2 parameters(int pressureSwitchChannel, int compressorRelayChannel) and one with 4(int pressureSwitchSlot,...

Re: Help with Compressor!!!

On the digital side car check to see if you have 3 power LEDS on in the corner and also check to see if you get an indicator light by where you plug in the pwm for the relay. It should be green next...

Re: Hardware or Software Problem?

We had this problem earlier in the year at an offseason competition. Check your power distribution board's 24V LED, it should be on when the robot is, if not that is your problem

Re: Talons flash red on enable

Talons won't accept any sort of calibration. Joysticks are working because they work on our old robot and when we hook up a jaguar it works. Any suggestions?

Re: Talons flash red on enable

Its not a code issue at the moment since the output is disabled on the talons because it is detecting some sort of fault. Our electrical/programming mentor is coming today to help me figure this out

Re: Talons flash red on enable

Tried calibrating them this morning but haven't had any success. I'm going to probably set them up on a testbench when we meet later today and see what we can do then.
