Re: Balls bouncing out of goal

Myself and other members of my team attended the BAE GSR in NH this past weekend. I also noticed this. Unfortunately, those balls were not counted either.

It is unfortunate for the teams who can...

Re: Transmissions

Id like to put out there the overall cost of transmissions.

Building your own transmissions can be quite costly.

That being said, the Dewalts might be your most effective choice as far as price...

Re: pic: Fisher price on steriods???????????

Yes, when you "short" these motors together, they provide what is called an electrical brake, in which one is essentially a generator for electricity which "powers" the other motor, essentially...

Re: Team 61 early Practice Video

I think I'll chime in here. (Even though it may not be my place to chime in)

If you've found something better than tracks and you're so <b>sure/b> that you'll move "any" team who gets in your way-...

Re: BEWARE: OHMER Poofer! (Video Included)

Excellent design, probably flawless concept. The best thing about it is that the bot shoots from behind, it will be very hard to block it. On the other hand, some careful and accurate bumping can...

Re: pic: Team 1270's Red Dragon (Almost Finished)

Re: We fixed our roller, Let us know what you think!

The "belting" is a material called PolyCord. That would be a McMasterCarr Special. We cut the cord and welded it to 8% less length than the actual length desired. Then, we carefull stretched it over...

http://www.team195.com/files/195roller.wmv

A quick resdeign of the FP transmissions overnight and now running with dual FPs on the roller, we're sure to not have the issue we saw at the UTC...

Re: Are we allowed to sell a software at National?

As a suggestion, maybe you could set up a little area to GIVE out the cds for the betterment of your fellow FIRST'rs. This would be an awesome plus for you to put on a brag sheet, or something...

Re: Thoughts on 2005 UTC Scrimmage
