I don't think we would have "captains" (aka Pres, VP, Treas) if we were not required to by the Student Council (there's a policy that all school clubs must have these positions at least).

First we have a student elected President, Vice President, and Treasurer which at this point is more to satisfy Student Council requirements than anything...
