Center drop wheels arent the answer this year since because you have the wieght of the trailer attached to you then your always going to be on the back four wheels.

As Karthik said your robot and gear should not have much trouble going throug hyour border. They will probably search through the majority of it and then clear it to pass through. The harder part...
