Re: FIRST vs Free Speech

No volunteer would/should let someone wear flipflops in the pits. Period. Also did you take the flipflops off in the pits and show them to him? Not sure how he would be able to see what the design...

Re: build season needs to be longer.

I've seen this particular point brought up multiple times before, and I just wanted to put an end to something that isn't logically sound or valid.

Re: The Sally Door

It would definitely be a viable strategy, but you have to consider what your robot will do in matches when A.) the sally port isn't chosen as a defense, and B.) after the sally port defense has been...

Re: Rookie Stratagy

Will both alliances lose if neither have a defender? :)

Joking aside, one important thing to remember about defense. Generally speaking, Denying the other alliance points is just scoring those...

Re: 1836's Stronghold Game Test!

Re: Robot intentionally tipping over

I would THINK you would then have to then look at the 120 inch frame rule because there have been instances (last year I believe) where it was then considered to be changing configuration and then...

Re: POLL: Worst FRC game

Alright I'll bite here. I completely disagree.

Maybe it was the event you were at, but compared to last year, robots were wildly diverse. There were many many variation of cappers and stackers with...

Re: POLL: Worst FRC game

I doubt this poll was made as a hate fest against last years game. I think it being the most recent bad game, people remember it the best and of course younger members haven't even experienced older...

We may or may not have done the exact same thing at Battle of Baltimore 2014. Our coach ,after double checking with a programmer, set up the auto and the match started. Consequently, the robot,...
