Going with my standard response: Make sure the firewall is turned off on the drivers station. Before we turned it off, I would see driver's station Com light turn green after rebooting the Roborio....

I believe you have to reset the OM5P-AN back to its factory default settings first. That will put it back to a 192... address. Then the laptop should be able to obtain an address from it via DHCP and...

The order is
1. Install FRC update suite. This gets you the driver so that the USB connection to the roboRio shows up as an internet connection. This is on a Windows computer, not MAC or Linux.

How did you initialize the Relay? Did you use just Relay(x) where x is the number staring at 0? That should initialize a relay that can turn on in both forward and reverse.

I did put on updates and after that the error occurred. I thought it was just WPI plugins, but it looks like at some point between Feb 13 and Feb 29, the update also updated Eclipse to 4.5.2...

You may have to ssh to your roboRio first and issue the "chmod 777 /home/lvuser" to give permission to the folder, then run the modified build.xml. . After issuing the command you can do
ls -l...

We SSH'd to the roborio as admin, then did
chmod -R 777 /home/lvuser/
To give all users read, write, and execute permissions to the folder.
