120 lbs. We had to cancel plans for a convertible top for HP loading because of weight concerns (at one point we were 18 lbs over), but we got there eventually.

As part of our withholding allowance, we're planning on making some new rollers that replace the multicolored pool noodles (whatever we had around) with purple pool noodles. Painting the roof purple...
