in the other post i was referring to how do you release the forks for launch? and then bring them back down to reset?

2 CIMS on the lift, 2 for the drive.
the ball is surprisingly stable because of the forks ability to flex. driving it, shaking it, and hitting it with another robot, and some kids foot, did not...

it originally had only one cim on it, but it was deff straining a bit. the 8020 stock added alot of weight and i supersized some of the forklift/mounting peices.

bleh, numbers haha. i know its a 16 from the CIM to a 84 on a driveshaft connected to the driven pulley of a 32 that runs the belts.
it raises to about 120-ish inches in about 2 seconds under load

the shiny metal box is really a gearbox. just bought some gears (forget the number of teeth on each) but it raises it safely (with a pwm) in less 4 seconds consistently and after afew hours of...
