And on topic, we too lost comms on our first match this past weekend. We were told that we should not have tinned the wiring going...

We ran into the same issue with all of the new internal lugs we bought this year. We wound up removing all of the lugs from the casings and very slightly bending the ends up to make better contact...

Agreed!! Unless of course you get a Talon that has the wrong color wiring on the controller. The GND had the red wire, and the V+ had the black wire. Luckily we caught it before it was ever hooked...
