Yes, the Drive_Spin_In_Place_PID instances will remain in the heap until collected. This gets into an interesting area in using Java for FRC. Typically, at least I have not seen it, garbage...

The first addSequential is using the wrong class. As you have it, it will result in an infinite loop creating many nested DropAndCollect instances.

I do have one concern. The motors for your shooter seem to pretty exposed. You get a very good look at what I mean at 1:36 of the video....
