Try switching 2 of the weels with the sam size omni wheels its great orked for us but gearmess is a problem to enough lateral support with that force to hold the plates our gears and wheels are on...

If it isn't bad enought you need a drill with screwdriver bit to remove at least 20 screwes to open it. Then take out about 20 more to remove would bars holding it down about 10 pers side and only 2...

Well the mill we have is very nice its full cnc. I have a question if you cant run data from a comp. how can you cut round holes for bearings. Especially if you are using over 1" I believe we have 4...

Well I think I would have liked to have everything mesh better the gearboxes at best were jerry rigged only thing holding the shafts in was the setscrew on the gear which was held in by the spacers...

I love it, every gear looks perfectly placed and parts fit suberbly. I wish our robot had that quality but it works quite well anyways.

Food fridge raid cya. O and same no wife but um i havent fallen asleep there yet. Although you could sleep its a rec center rock walls kitchen 81" tv, and the lovely pads for the wall falers to sleep...

That seems a lot spoilled. Lucky little poeple. Well we build ours at an ex-members dad's workshop garage at what we call the rec center. Our reccenter is down the street about like 3-5 blocks....

I would say electric motor where did the actuator come from ,those take too much air to use. And your welding with oxy acytlene? Is at best sketchy. Not the welds actual workman ship bu the parts...

Your all thinking to off. It's got to be a sealed arm, air fils inside of it like a telescoping cylinder acutally two onve its extended it will do the standard rotate on a pivot to raise and lower....
