I do not think you will ever see a water game. The arenas where events are held will probably will not want to take the risk of a leak. Water can cause a lot of damage very easily.

Team has to stack in a certain order. The yellow stops you from stacking you will have to remove yellow to continue stacking.

If I were you I would waste my time. If I remember right about 6 to 8 years ago (that's when my son was still in high school) we in New England had 1 or 2 snow storms just about every week of build...

Some teams shops are in schools. When there is no school or schools close early or schools cancel after school activities that includes Robotics Teams. Which means shops are closed.

Police said the bus was carrying students in grades 7 through 12 from Hartford Academy Of Mathematics And Science to a robotics competition. Radio is reporting some bad injuries.

Local news is reporting a bus accident this morning in Hartford CT was carry a robotics team to an event (kickoff)? If any one has info please pass it on.
