I can't speak for where 1024 sources their tubing but my team buys most of our rectangular tubing from onlinemetals.com, and they also have round tubing...

Another thing to be careful of is if you plan to form the sheet after putting it through the punch you need to either figure out the k-factors/bend deductions your shop uses and apply them...

Only maintenance we ever had to do at competition was shoot some grease up into the gears (we drove the wheels using a single stage of reduction with the pinion driving a gear bolted to the wheel),...

Didn't get any pictures but we managed to crack welds on both our primary and backup intakes at the Virginia Regional. Fortunately we were able to get some nice gussets made up by the NASA machine...
