Raiding other streamers on twitch is strictly against twitch terms of service, if a raid came from anywhere it would be from off twitch. Also, if the stream was raided, the admins/whoever is running...

We melt down our robot and then sell it to a Nicaraguan drug cartel leader. He doesn't speak english, so we can normally do a little bit of finessing and make around a $500 profit.

Sorry to burst your theoretical bubble of safety, but isn't a climbing mechanism illegal unless there are bumpers on the extrusion? I think this is showed in rule G17.2.
