Re: pic: MSC Winner Sheetmetal Trophy (angle)
You might be right, but it would take some research.

Re: Fall Training Program
From my experience in starting two rookie teams:
Find experienced people to work with. Latch onto another team if you can. It'll be a smoother season if you have somebody there to pick you up when...

Re: www.usfirst.org
I want to see a searchable map of all teams, organized by competition (FLL, FTC, FRC), on usfirst.org somewhere. It wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world to do, and it could help people who are...

Re: Robotics after FRC
Shameless pitch for Michigan Tech.
The Robotic Systems Enterprise is expanding, working on the beginning stages of an underwater glider and possibly CARD if we happen to find one of those elusive...

Re: What's the score?
At IRI in 2010 there was a large monitor on the side of the field in front of the tech table. Also at nationals in 2010, the screens were huge and just to the side of the fields which made it very...

Re: High Power LED's
I'm not much for electrical, but I think I've heard of lighting circuits being run through a spike.
I feel like I'm totally wrong, but it would theoretically work.

Re: pic: 3 Bot balance attempt at Kettering
The video of this is kind of hilarious. They were sooooo close but then everybody started tipping over left and right.
It might not have ended up like you wanted, but you got some serious...

Re: The Ultimate Game-Breaker Robot: 2012 Edition
I don't think this is game-breaking as it doesn't provide a serious advantage. Balancing on the bridge isn't all that difficult and wedging under would only save you a few seconds of effort. It would...
