This was something that we meant to change but it snuck into the build before we published the Kickoff build. Left keyboard can ready up by pressing the left alt button and right keyboard can ready...

6 players can play simultaneously. We support 2 players on the keyboard, 4 players via Xbox 360 controllers, and (if you have the USB ports for it) up to 12 KOP joysticks.

We have had the equivalent of crashed servers at the moment. We are working on putting it back up on our website with a new download link. It should be up within a half hour to an hour.
