I cant speak for all teams, but at least for us and 3130 based on the wait list it was much more likely for us to get into the Iowa regional. We love going to Duluth every year and the venue is one...

You could look into a system like Wildstang in 2012 (https://youtu.be/ko9g-hTs4VE?t=59s) to raise the front end and get the wheels on the defenses if space and weight allow.
