I see one thing to add to that schedule. Prototyping. Mostly through weeks 1-2.

2) Everyone designs it. mechanical/electrical/programming. we let people pick what they want to do.

our team also won a bomb robot a few years ago, but hopefully yours is in better condition then ours. most of the the replacement parts we needed to get it to work cost...

You forgot to mention... 360 has 6 wheel drive and can hang over 1/3 of their bot off the bridge as can 3711...

they are pretty good but there are other teams in the pnw that can shoot just as accurately and are far better at balancing. /people only know 1 pnw team and we need one on our list
