I will second this, but it should have scrolled from 100th seed to first seed with the 30 second freeze frame containing the top seeded teams, just a thought.

Another saw that works well is a miter/porta band saw, works like a chop saw.
A benefit is that the blade runs in reverse rotation.

triangle are the key to getting the live axles out easily.
look at 233's 2008 robot, its very similar to this design only it uses box tubing rather than sheetmetal for the frame rails.
