They just aren't setup to auto-login anymore.
If you want it to do this: - Login to the Developer account
- Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt
- In the popup window type: control userpasswords2
- Another popup (User Accounts)
- Click on the Driver account
- Unclick "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"
- Click OK
