Hi all,
I'm working on a control system to simulate the lights inside the base of the towers during endgame. Working off of a youtube video of kickoff, I've approximated the blink rate at 15 seconds to be about 1/4 second between on and off. I'm wondering if there is a more precise number posted somewhere.
Also, according to the blue box in G02:

However, the kickoff video showed the base flashing in alliance color. As with the above question, is there a document somewhere that I'm missing which has a definitive answer?
