Try this to narrow down the problem.

1. Open the block diagram for Begin.vi
2. Double-click on Drive-Open 2 Motors and open it's block diagram
3. Change the "enable" input in the center of the screen to "disable"

Run that code to see if the Watchdog message goes away.
